Microneedling
What is medical microneedling?
Medical microneedling is an advanced skin aesthetic procedure that uses a device and a cartridge with fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These tiny punctures stimulate the body’s natural healing response, promoting the production of collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer, and healthier-looking skin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is microneedling painful?
Microneedling is generally very tolerable. We apply a topical numbing cream before the procedure to ensure comfort. Most clients describe the sensation as light prickling or scratching. Areas with thinner skin may feel slightly more sensitive, but discomfort is minimal.
What can I expect after the treatment?
It’s normal to experience mild redness, sensitivity, or slight swelling immediately after treatment – like a light sunburn. This usually subsides within 24–48 hours. The skin may also feel slightly dry or tight for a few days as it heals.
What aftercare should I follow?
- Always follow the post-treatment instructions and guidance provided by your technician
- Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF 50 daily.
- Do not apply makeup or active skincare (like retinol or acids) for 24–48 hours.
- Keep the skin clean, hydrated, and protected.
- Avoid intense exercise, saunas, and swimming for at least 48 hours post-treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
For best results, we recommend a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
